1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Gyst AI ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree to these Terms, please don't use the App.

2. About Gyst AI

Gyst AI is a mobile application that provides:

  • Audio-to-text transcription services
  • Real-time translation capabilities
  • AI-enhanced text processing and improvement

3. User Accounts

To use Gyst AI, you create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your account secure
  • All activities that happen under your account
  • Providing accurate information

4. Acceptable Use

Please use Gyst AI responsibly. You should not:

  • Use the App for illegal activities
  • Transcribe content that violates others' intellectual property rights
  • Share harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Try to reverse engineer or hack the App
  • Use the App to spam or harass others

5. Your Content

You own the audio recordings and content you submit to Gyst AI. All recordings are only stored locally. By using the App, you give permission to process your content to provide the transcription and translation services. You retain full ownership of your content.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important. How your information is collected and used is explained in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Service Availability

I work to keep Gyst AI running smoothly, but can't guarantee it will always be available. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance and updates
  • Technical issues
  • Third-party service outages
  • Other circumstances beyond my control

8. Third-Party Services

Gyst AI uses third-party services including Google Cloud, OpenAI, and Firebase. Your use of these services through the App is subject to their respective terms of service.

9. Cost

Gyst AI is currently free to use. If I decide to introduce paid features in the future, I'll provide advance notice.

10. Account Termination

You can stop using Gyst AI and delete your account anytime through the app settings. I may suspend access if you violate these Terms. When your account is terminated:

  • Your access to the App will stop
  • Your data will be deleted from the app
  • These Terms continue to apply to any remaining obligations

11. App Limitations

Gyst AI is provided "as is" without guarantees. While I work to make it reliable, I cannot promise:

  • Perfect accuracy of transcriptions and translations
  • Uninterrupted service
  • That the app will meet all your specific needs
  • That there will be no technical issues

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from using Gyst AI.

13. Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms occasionally. I'll notify you of significant changes through the App. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved according to Indonesian law.
