  • Transcribed text is not stored on my servers
  • Translated text is not stored on my servers
  • AI-enhanced text is not stored on my servers

2.3 Usage Information

  • Basic app usage for functionality and improvements
  • Device information (iOS version, device model) for compatibility
  • Crash reports to improve app stability

3. How Your Information is Used

Your information is used to:

  • Provide transcription and translation services
  • Enhance transcriptions using AI technology
  • Maintain your account and app functionality
  • Improve the app based on usage patterns

4. Third-Party Services

Gyst AI uses the following third-party services to provide functionality:

  • Google and OpenAI: For converting audio to text and translation services
  • Firebase: For user authentication and data storage
  • Google Sign-In: For account authentication
  • Apple Sign-In: For account authentication

5. Data Storage and Security

Important: I do not store your audio recordings on my servers at all. Audio recordings are sent to Google and OpenAI for transcription and then discarded by them. The transcribed or translated text is not stored by me at all.

6. Data Sharing

I do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except:

  • When required by Indonesian law or legal process
  • To protect the safety and security of the app and users

7. Your Rights and Control

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal information stored in the app
  • Correct any inaccurate information
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Stop using the app at any time

8. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time through the app settings. When you delete your account:

  • Your personal information will be removed from the app
  • Your authentication data will be removed from Firebase
  • No personal data will be retained on my servers

10. International Data Transfers

I may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Any changes will be posted in the app with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
